The hotel was clean with an excellant restaurant. I greatly enjoyed the room with king beds. The breakfast had plenty of options, eggs, toast and hot waffles. The stuff was decent that was grouchy when i had a request.

Polite, consistently courteous employees that was grouchy when i had a request. Breakfast with waffles.

We enjoyed this smoke-free hotel, no complains at all.

The room I stayed in was cheap and attractive with King beds and fresh clean towels, for example.

Really enjoyed the place, had a really great stay for a mini vacation.

This hotel was fantastic base for exploring Sevierville, enjoyed it and property' s pretty friendly staff that was grouchy when i had a request. The hotel was in a central location close to everything;)))

Everything was great, peaceful location close to Sevierville, the main parkway, the area attractions, great experience. Booked a room with king beds.

Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were exceptional, location was perfect still close to everything we wanted to see. We really enjoyed that the room was updated with king beds. The breakfast had variety of food, like toast, eggs and hot waffles.

Totally wonderful stay on vacation. The hotel was an excellent base for enjoying a nice area, not far from a Kroger and walls and stores. I loved the room with king beds, the bed was nice. Central location of this brand-new property was a bonus.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Room was updated, beds were good, breakfast was nice hot. Generally everything was good, even so the bathroom was smelly. The bar was superb with extremely friendly staff.

The staff was informative and the room design was gorgeous, beds were lovely. Our room was soundproof and elegant, had tea/coffee and rug. And the facilities were quite comfortable.

Dismissive staff, classic double, rather big room. A wide range of food at continental breakfast including cakes, meats, fruit, boiled eggs and pastries to order. WiFi, flat-screen television and terrace in the room and the spacious bed. The pool was great and the garden - green. Safe area, riverside location.

A unique hotel in a picturesque setting with good choice of little extras. Welcoming room, exceptionally comfortable bed, and elegant bathroom. I truly enjoyed the al fresco restaurant, serving wonderful cuisine.

Pleasant overnight stay, no complains at all, we recommend. We loved lobby, it was lovely. Prime location, at a near distance from wilderness the smokies. Continental breakfast with waffles was HEALTHY.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, service was exceptional. The venue staff where knowledgeable. Bed was fine and the breakfast was free. The location was wonderful, within walking distance of a small-batch distillery.

Perfect service, well heated room, good bed. Climate control, TV set and terrace in the room, unbeatable location. Staff was approaching, setting is in 25 minutes' walk to downtown. Fantastic restaurant onsite and marvellous views. The pool was excellent.

Large restaurant, qualified staff, very convenience position. The bedrooms were lovely. And it was huge, the bathroom - neat. Short way from the clean beach. Also, the property was 1 mile away from wilderness the smokies. Nice lobby.

I had an awesome stay. Room was cool, I enjoyed a very easy location and SUPERFRIENDLY staff. I slept so comfy in the soft bed. Newly renovated bathroom. Exceptional service overall.

Compact hotel, incrediblevalue for money compared to other options. Large bed, luxurious bathroom and air conditioning, Wi-Fi and Nespresso coffee in the room. The venue had a large bar and a good restaurant. Staff was knowledgeable, and the service was superb.

We loved an easy location, updated rooms and quiet friendly staff. Hotel was clean enough. Such large bathrooms with bathtubs. The pool was heated too. Our stay in this courteous venue was very relaxing and we would come here again.

Location was convenient and the staff was accommodating. There was Krispy Kreme nearby to grab something to eat. Room was great for the money.

Tbh, the street was usually noisy.

we will be back, if traveling to sevierville. not far from the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. offered a buffet breakfast.

All in all, I spent my time greatly. It has a juice bar. Not to mention free parking onsite. I will be back, if traveling to Sevierville...
